Screen Printing 101

The questions everyone asks at 11pm.

Real answers from people who've burned through bad screens so you don't have to.

Sunlight works — genuinely. Bright direct sun on a clear day can expose a coated screen in 2–4 minutes. The downside is consistency: clouds, angle, and season all affect exposure time. Our LED unit gives you a repeatable 90-second exposure every time, which matters once you're burning more than one screen. Start with sun, upgrade when you're ready.
